I went to Jara’s after my car died 4 times in 1 week. I was not disappointed. She called me back after I left a message to make an appointment- something I have never experienced with mechanics. She was able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the problem quickly, and fix it quickly- also something I have never experienced with a mechanic. Her prices were a fraction of the cost at the dealership (I compared), and she gave me my old battery to see if I could get my money back from my warranty. Jara and her team are the BEST! She has worked on our cars for over a decade and she is always honest, and offers very fair pricing. She even picks our car up and drops it off, or offers us rides back home, and holds car intelligence classes. Who does that?! My daughter and I both attended the first held class teaching women (but anyone welcome) about all kinds of important information that every human needs to know that owns a vehicle. been coming to jara for a long time and don’t plan to go anywhere else, she’s awesome. she regularly works on my car and just helped me paint my wheels black.
This is my third experience with Jara's and its been Great, every time. they gave quality service and communicat very well. I was informed every step of the way, and Jara is always willing to answer any questions I. a timing fashion. I would recommend Jara's Automotive, to anyone that wants consistency and quality for their vehicle needs.
Just have to say wonderful shop my first time there my car had to stay but they were more willing to drop me off at home and pick me up. Best customer service and have to say the owner Jara was so amazing and well knowledgeable with the issue I was having with my vehicle. Definitely will be my go to shop
