When i purchased this home i new that some things would be my responsibility to fix however i never four months later that the cabinet they install would come falling down on top of my head the cabinet was not even screw into the studs it was just screwed into the drywall , really want to find out how do we get this information out to the consumers to be aware of this company they are very degusting and really don't even care about the homes they sell to there clients

My experience with JAR proved to be a learning curve. I was interested in purchasing one of JAR's property but soon realized the chances of any offer I made being accepted was little to none. My experience - I made an offer on a JAR house, due to lack of response, I had to have my agent follow-up on the receipt of the offer a few times. I closed on a deal with JAR House on October 30, 2017 and during the course of the contract, I had great response from JAR House. My Agent and I along with the Credit Union dealt with Jenna and she was very responsive to questions and prompt attention to the signing of all the amendments!! Jenna did a great job with our closing of ************ Drive. Melanie, the Closer for the attorney's office, ******* and *****, was a pleasure to work with, but the lawyer who handled the closing was rude to our buyers. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for an attorney. We were due to close on this house today and received a call from the attorney telling us that we had to reschedule. 5 Star Service!!!! I'm a real estate agent with ***** ****** Realty, I have a buyer who is under contract with JAR HOUSE. JAR HOUSE has gone above and beyond for my buyer. Paying for termite treatments that is not even part of the agreement. Anytime, I send over any amendment to be signed, they are on top of it. Fast response and so easy to work with.
