I needed a primary care in Santa Fe because we moved here 3 1/2 years ago and I was having to drive 65 miles to see my previous pcp. I heard Aspen Clinic was accepting new patients and I called and was given an appointment with Jacqueline Fernandez-Quezada. Probably the worst PCP/NCP I've ever had. I have a pretty severe medical condition that this doctor has continously ignored and has even stopped prescribing, life saving medications for. I'm currently off medication that she refuses to refill despite multiple requests and suggestions from Pharmacists and other Doctors. I highly suggest finding someone other than Jacqueline Fernandez-Quezada.
By far the least understanding, caring, and attentive provider I have ever had to be seen by. For 11 years, I have worked in numerous hospitals and medical care facilities around the country as a Medical Technician and I honestly don’t know how she made it. Her “diagnosis” and possible faulty equipment was incorrect as I went to another clinic for reevaluation, for weeks I went on thinking I had a life threatening problem with my heart, she failed to follow through in setting up a cardiologist appointment for me after I saw ... read more
