I LOVED the eyelash curler (MT-509) that I bought until I realized that the "lifetime pad replacement" meant nothing. I filled out a request for mine on January 3rd 2017 and as of today have received nothing but an email acknowledging the request back on January 3rd. POOR customer service!!!! Won't buy again, the Lifetime pad replacement was what impressed me the most. It is a good eyelash curler but if you don't keep your word, who cares? There are other good ones out there.
Love all my Japonesque products!! Not only are they amazing but the packaging is gorgeous! X
