Good, honest service. Our Subaru Outback finally kicked the bucket at 144,000 miles. We thought we might need to have the water belt replaced. We took it to Japanese motors and Marco went in and looked at the engine and told us the next day that there was more that needed doing. He didn't move forward until he had explained everything clearly to us and given us a quote and we accepted it. It turned out we had to get a new engine.
