I have worked with all Toyota repair shops and off road speciality shops in the Charleston area. Wish I found these guys sooner because they are no doubt the best in every way. Excellent customer service, transparent and fair pricing, and unmatched quality of service. Whether you’re sick of sitting at the dealership or you’re wanting to built out a 4x4, this is the only place that won’t disappoint. Stoked!
Had a great experience with Japanese Import Pros. They are 2-1/2 hours away from my house, so I rented a car and went to the beach while they serviced my 2005 Tundra. I felt totally confident with their service and the thorough inspection they performed. I also feel confident about the future repairs I will be getting done on my truck at this facility. With every other place I've gone to in or around my town, none gave me the confident expectation I experienced with Japanese Import Pros.
Amazing place! Sean is impeccable and the quality of their shop/work is outstanding. Brought my car in with a check engine light, so far so good and will continue to bring my Toyotas to him. Kept me updated through the process. Amy is also awesome! They take care of their clients
I gave Japanese Imports Pros a try since I usually go to the Lexus dealership for service, where I’ve never paid more than about $220 for an oil change and new filters. I expected an independent import shop to be more reasonably priced, but I ended up paying over $300 for essentially the same basic service. What also raised concerns for me was that I was advised to replace a sway bar component because it was supposedly leaking oil and ruptured. I brought my Highlander to the shop to have the A/C repaired. I dropped the vehicle off and it was promptly diagnosed, parts ordered, and A/C repaired within 24 hours. Amy is very courteous and pleasant to speak with as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Japanese Import Pros.
