My advice is not to waste your time going to this place, it’s not clean a roach crawled across the bed she had me lay in I was so applaud I left she refused to refund my money. And this was before she started the treatment
Are they supposed to dry the hair completely before finishing, because my hair is still soaken wet?! This is my first time getting a scalp treatment and I was super excited about getting it done but I was definitely let down. The only thing that I like about it was the waterfall faucet thing and they only used it for 3 minutes. I spent $155 and it really was not worth it at all. Had an absolute wonderful time with my head massage. I’m new to Murrieta and the discovery of the Japanese Hair Spa and specifically Loura was the apex of my day. If you want to be pampered (and who doesn’t), you must try the services offered at this wonderful and relaxing place
If you’re thinking about booking an appointment, do it! The entire experience was amazing and Loura is a clear professional. She made the entire experience so welcoming and so relaxing. By the end, we were family! She now has a client for life!
