@japanese classics best experience.. Daniel and Paul helped my fiance and myself out tremendously. Thought all hope was lost but I was recommended here. Great Staff, knowledgeable people and we didn’t have to sit around for hours on end. Left the lot happy knowing we got a reliable vehicle that is fairly rare.
I purchased a 2000 Toyota crown estate, I worked with Dan and I couldn’t have been happier with the purchase. Dan was quick with his responses, clear with all details, and made sure the whole transaction went smoothly. I was also impressed with the attention to detail from the body guys on staff, within the 45min phone call they went through every scuff, scratch, or dent present on the entire car down to the size of a ball point pen. Great experience would buy from Japanese classics again.
Best car buying experience ever! Walked me through the process step by step, no hurry on their end at all. Dan made sure I understood the ins and outs of my Prado, really gave me an understanding of what I needed to do to keep it up, and let me ask questions throughout my time there. Great quick response to my emails before I drove up to the shop to pick up my Prado. This company seems to be built to ensure that their customers come back for their next car!
Had a very good experience with Japanese Classics on the purchase of my 1999 Hilux Intercooled Surf. They were very knowledgeable about what they sale and the process of obtaining an imported vehicle. They answered all the questions I had and go through a detailed list of some of the imperfections the vehicle might have so there is not any surprises upon delivery. I came in to do attend the tour they do and ended up buying a beautiful 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser! The staff is super knowledgeable and go above and beyond to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a great RHD import they are definitely the place to go.
