for a car supposedly with a new engine and having it for less than a year it has a check engine light and is overheating. Not even sure the engine was new. might be contacting an attorney. stay away and beware.....the carfax also doesn't show theres a new engine....they used junk yard parts when fixing what was on the due bill...took 3 visits for them to even fix the power steering which was on the due bill....the cars aren't solid. dont get stuck with junk and buy elsewhere.
RecommendedI just need to thank Japanese Car Connection for a great experience and customer service My son bought a Subaru from there and a month after purchase the car had a break down and we towed the car back to them They said it would be a while before they would be able to get to look at the car. Two days later they call and said they had fixed the problem and we could come get the car No charge fix Great customer service
picked up an Element from JCC and these guys were great through the whole process.
Repair will NOT call back after 3 days and 3 messages left. Drove car off lot and dash lights on after 1 day.
I needed a new-to-me car that would be reliable. Jeff and Rich were so nice -- No pressure, price fully explained and a three month warranty if anything should go wrong. I got a 2005 Subaru Baja and couldn't be happier -- we took it home to the mountains in some new spring snow and it handled the road perfectly.
The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. There was long wait at any point. The process was easy and did not take an extremely long time. The overall experience was excellent.
Really happy with my purchase. They are open/honest and stand by their word/warranty. I bought a 2007 Subaru impreza that had so much work done to it it was basically new! I even (expecting them to be like any other shady car dealership) had my mechanic look at it and he said they sold me a great car and the work listed on the due bill was all correct. friendliest staff, knowledgable with lots of car about selling used cars that run. Seamus spent time with us going over questions even after our deal was done. friendly when we called with another call. definitely a place to get your Subaru, or other Japanese car!
