For my first time at Japanese Blossoms, I must say they have a wide variety of sushi rolls and a very calm and soothing environment. I will definitely add this place to my short list of favorite places to eat.
Exceptional sushi and service is always exemplary! Bottlerock is a must!
Best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Their extensive menu makes the experience different from others. The hamachi appetizer with jalapeños was amazing. I could’ve had five of them. Great service and a beautiful restaurant.

Best sushi in town hands down! The service is always amazing! And Sushi never lets me down. This is the number one place we always recommend to our friends and family who are visiting. The locals already know is the best! I would have to recommend the Lassen roll and the Miss Chico roll. Those are my absolute favorites!
