Giving 2 stars because I've had good experiences with previous work, but after this latest experience I won't be coming back. I have a 2002 Subaru WRX, which is becoming harder to find people with knowledge to work on. Because of the age of the car, I wanted to start bringing it more to a shop that specializes in Japanese vehicles. I have brought my car here in the past at times and the work that was done was good. We have been servicing all 3 of our Toyotas here for a long time…. They are excellent…..prices are fair Work is done promptly. We can’t recommend them enough. Sam is wonderful

As a woman, I appreciate mechanics who don’t talk down to me or try to upsell me. The mechanics at Japanese Auto Care are very respectful and honest. They do a great job at an affordable price.
