Great Service – I usually don't write reviews but because most of us don't trust auto shops for their bad reputation of liars etc. I must give you my experience with Japanese Auto Sop. I'm very satisfied with the service and with the price. They have competent mechanics and are ready to answer any question (I had so many) in a friendly and polite manner. I would happily recommend Japanese Auto Tech to anyone who wants good service at a fair price. They have a lounge area if you need to wait for your car.
Liars and Cheats – I don't usually feel compelled to write a review unless I have an exceptionally good or bad experience, and this one unfortunately was exceptionally bad. I generally do not trust auto mechanics, and Japanese auto tech confirmed the reason why this is so. Long story short, I was quoted $200 over the phone for a 90k service on a 4 cylinder small car. Simply the Best – Real family run auto mechanic shop with honesty. What more can I say? They seem to be especially friendly with lady customers. Casey is GOOD !!
What a superb service !! – I have been using other mechanic shop in the neighborhood till last Friday. I thought their low oil change price was a bait-and-switch marketing gimmick. Not so. Other services were reasonable and prompt. Their waiting area and bath rooms are clean, too.
Great Service – David, the manager, is honest guy. I have know him ever since I moved from Virginia. He approaches car repairs with passion as if it affects his family members. Our beautiful friendship started when I dropped my Camry to change engine oil. He was very upfront with what to do and what not to do, not like his neighbors. I am hooked. :)
