I called and they had the part. Gave me and food dwal and a better deal when it had a piecw missing. Took a while to get part off but had good communication. Cash is best if not you have to pay taxes.

“I had a frustrating experience at Japanese Auto Salvage. I came in looking for parts for my Lexus LS 460, and after being shown the car and getting initial confirmation that they could sell it to me, the staff kept changing their minds. One person said yes, then the lady said no, and then they gave me a price only for the first guy to say it couldn’t be sold due to the boss’s approval. It felt extremely unprofessional and like a waste of my time. Definitely not recommended.”
Rude service. Had a list of things to buy and 1st was cosmedic. They ignored the rest acting busy after they asked if we needed help
The worst place ever! I went there based on the price they posted on Facebook, but when I arrived, they changed it to a different price. The most important issue for me was the manager — extremely rude, unprofessional, and even told me to leave and go somewhere else. He also used bad language and acted in a racist way. Totally unacceptable behavior. Stay away from this place thee manger am not sure he is a man kind of G
