Shocking customer service, I walked in there were two ladies sitting down talking, zero customers, I asked to get two nails fixed and she responds oh I’m not available at the moment even though there were no customers an she was just sitting there talking and the sign on the door said they were open, I responded, do you know when you’ll be available today and she responds oh like 5 o’clock it was about 3:30pm an I’d have to wait until 5 so I asked if there were any other Japanese nail places close by an she responded maybe g... read more
