Best and most honest shop ever. Tong is fantastic. Been going here for over 20 years now.
My first visit to Japanese Auto Tech was in 2019 when the transmission in my Scion failed. The repair price was very competitive and I have not experienced any issues with the replacement over the past 30K miles. Since then, I have only returned to Japanese Auto Tech for regular maintenance and repairs. It is hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy these days so I'm glad to have found a place to take my car and not worry about being ripped off.
