I was recommended to go to Jap Tech by the AAA technician when my car wouldn’t start. My hesitation quickly turned to relief as soon as I got on the phone with them, they walked me thru the situation, discussed timing, and were easy to deal with. Over the next few days as my car was being fixed (new starter), they kept me informed, and even completed the work faster than planned. worst auto place ever save your money. total scammers, they charge u a ridiculous price to have your car acting up soon again or issue not fixed and your stuck with a high payment, never coming back.
I've been coming to this location since 2025 and I am always happy with their customer service along with the results on my vehicle. They always explain everything in detail and I always leave happy. I will continue to drive further out just to come back! :)
