Lady who answered the phone was very condescending and rude tone like she was annoyed to be working here refuses to give name to make it impossible to make a formal complaint and acts like nothing happens when asked in person. Has been happening over the last few months making any phone call to inquire about anything dreadful to make this use to be our favorite location but we are planning on switching pharmacy's if things don't change.
due to typical paranoia in thunder Bay with high and crimes and such, I thought the cops were at my house, but it was your amazing delivery driver. Jason this man deserves every recommendation and praise. Keep up the great work, both delivery drivers and fantastic staff
