I wish people would do reviews for the right businesses. There's 2 medical offices and a pharmacy in this building. The walk-in clinic is closed. Dr. Anna Laasko had her offices in the building as well, but has moved to Port Arthur Clinic. Janzen's pharmacy has their store in there as well. They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. It's like a family business, and they're happy to be there. Hours open are impossible for anyone working a job, and open for a couple hours on the weekend. Late getting prescriptions because of the hours.
Lady who answered the phone was very condescending and rude tone like she was annoyed to be working here refuses to give name to make it impossible to make a formal complaint and acts like nothing happens when asked in person. Has been happening over the last few months making any phone call to inquire about anything dreadful to make this use to be our favorite location but we are planning on switching pharmacy's if things don't change.
