Yikes, TWO WEEKS. They took TWO WEEKS to do the compounding of my medication and I’m struggling a lot right now because of that. I used to use a pharmacy down in Hamilton who would ship. They’re more expensive, but if this happens again I will have to switch back to them because a two week delay is crazy. There’s no reason for it. The Hamilton pharmacy would fill it in a day or two.
Quality of service has really gone downhill. After many years of using Janzens, I've switched pharmacies.
I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and service and timeliness has gone down significantly in the past year. I was advised to pick up my prescription the day after I ordered it (Wednesday). I attended and it was not ready on Thursday and to come back Monday but that they would call me when it was ready. No call was received. I attended on Wednesday and again it was not ready. I understand things happen but I was out of my medication for an additional week due to their delays.
