We’re halfway across the country on a cross country trip, and the indicator light for a low tire came on. Checked air pressures, none were significantly low. The indicator light did not go out with a nitrogen fill. Happened to pass Janzen Toyota in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and pulled in on a whim. What was supposed to be a routine appointment, turned into a disaster when they found thousands of dollars in damage caused by another shop. Trevor and the whole service department went absolutely above and beyond what they needed to do to help me fix my car. I was treated with such compassion and like I was a human and not just a paycheck. I cannot begin to explain my gratitude for the service department or thank you enough.

Took my 4 Runner to a shop for an alignment. They stated they couldn’t do the alignment bc I had other issues and that total it was going to be $1700. It just didn’t sound right so I brought my SUV into Janzen and they looked it over, aligned it, fixed a weighted tire issue and I walked out under $200. I appreciate their honesty.
