Unprofessional and no respect for anyone’s property. Called the office multiple times to tell their employees to stop driving in my yard and making ruts. Placed yard markers and Pilons out but they just run them over. Very poorly managed company.

Janzen was hired to remove the snow at my townhouse complex after a heavy snowfall. Snow had blown up the side of my truck, and Instead of asking me to move my truck they decided to hit my truck while trying to clear the snow. The guys doing the snow removal were very apologetic and said they would make it right. A couple days later I get a phone call from the owner claiming I could not prove it was them and it's not their problem. SGI has sent them multiple letters and has called them, informing them that they need to cover... read more
