We needed new doors installed at our Stockton storage facility The team who worked today were amazing. Very personal.
Ordered a door through roll up doors direct in Florida, I picked up the door in Anaheim in January 2025, they said the brush seals are out and would send them to me in two weeks. Went to install the door and 2/3's of the mounting hardware (screws, nuts, bracketry) didn't even get put in the box they told me was the hardware. I called Janus Int Group in Anaheim and they told me I had to reach out to the seller. Janus in Anaheim exceeded my customer service expectations. Our driver was running late & stuck in traffic, and wasn't going to make it to pick up a door before they closed at 330pm. He called them, they got the door ready and waited to go home until after he arrived for pick up. Their quality product and great customer service is why they are the only vendor I buy roll-up doors from. Thank you very much!
