A very dear friend of mine (who's 78 years old) has been Trying to get "Discharged" by Janus so that he can return to the Physical Therapists that ACTUALLY Work Him Out, and they REFUSED TO Discharge Him?! I will be speaking with them Tomorrow and will Edit my review, IF Necessary. As it was, this gentleman got SWINDLED into switching his Medicare Insurance from Blue Cross to Cigna, and HAD TO Switch PT's, as a result. Complete scam of a company, calling our home at 6:01am soliciting services that are not ordered by a practicing physician. Very unethical! To make things worse, reading reviews, I notice a 4 star review from the very solicitor that called me! Just incredible the depth of dishonesty this company and their employees stoop to.
I have no idea why a health care company would send out a notary. It seemed highly suspicious. They could not give me plausable reason why a notary would be needed to acquire home health care. I suspect this business isn't on the up and up.
