January Robinson is one of the best psychiatric practitioners I've ever met. She's very informative and keeps up with modern research in everything I've spoken to her about, which not every practitioner does. This includes medications, therapy modalities, ketamine therapy, etc. She even helped me discover that a certain medication interact with the effectively of EDMR! Been going here for years. No big issues except cancellations and reschedules on short notice but they were good about working with schedules in person and via zoom. Maybe they have since sold to another company because they dont seem to have care or clinical providers on staff? You can try for the better part of a week to get a refill but they recently make it as pleasant as pulling teeth. Wondering if it’s cause my insurance changed or they have no docs?
