I have seen NP Caroline several times and she is fabulous. She takes her time and is not in a rush. She answers questions and even gives printed information if needed. She is compassionate with her patients.

I went to Dr Jantz‘ office for the first time yesterday, and saw NP Caroline. She was awesome! Takes her time, explains things well, patient, caring, well-informed, thorough. I was really impressed with her. I called late-afternoon and they fit me into their schedule the very next morning for a new patient and sick appt back to back since I didn’t feel well. The staff was polite, and the nurse was super-sweet. Great office all around, and that’s really hard to find!

Im only giving them one star, because I have to. IF YOU HAVE WELLPOINT EXTRA HELP HMO MEDICARE ADVANTAGE, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! They will turn you away, telling you it's not Medicare, it's MediCAID, and they don't accept Wellpoint for new patients. (Not true). Once proven by the actual insurance company that they DO in fact accept this insurance, they LIED and said they aren't accepting new patients after all. Callie Tuggle is a great Dr, I wish I could say her front desk staff were as kind. I continue to see Dr. Tuggle because her quality of care is so high, but the attitudes of especially those helping the front desk are unfortunate most visits. I’m not usually one to complain, but many times they seem more keen on socializing with one another than helping a costumer. Wait times in the lobby could also be improved.

I love this practice. Steven Pack is amazing and a very good practitioner. He listens to you and really treats you with care and attention, not just hurrying you through like other providers tend to do. I have never had trouble getting an appointment here. I have also not ever had to wait a long time once I arrived for my appointment. They are excellent care providers. I highly recommend this practice to anyone for your PCP needs.
