Had a lot of shady interactions with the tech that services our apartment complex. Spraying in the middle of the carpet, questionable methods, not understanding the toxicity to dogs of the product he's using, there's just a lot to unpack here. But I just saw that I had a response, so I've sent a lengthy email. Hopefully it'll make some kind of difference.
