My entire experience with JanTech has been a good one. Very friendly, timely, and listened attentively to what I needed sprayed. I have used them for several years and will continue using them.
I don't know if it's our specific tech that takes care of our apartments (supposedly) or a company wide issue, but my elderly neighbor just had to shell out over $300 to have a different company come deal with the bed bugs that have been coming down from above her for MONTHS because the guy from Jantech refused to say the apartment above was an issue.
