Jansen Malloy LLP, especially William Stein, represented me after an accident. They were extremely helpful and provided much needed information about my options. The responsible party had very low coverage that did not even cover the medical charges. Mr Stein negotiated with the medical providers to lower our responsibility and worked with my insurance to use the non insured/under insured motorists policy. Jeff Slack represented me in a real estate conflict which was resolved as quickly as could be expected. He was comprehensive in his approach, listening to my concerns, adjusting where needed and definitely looking out for my best interest. I appreciated his timely response with correspondence. In addition to his professionalism, he had a warm and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend him and his associates.
Absolutely awful experience. Interviewer was smug, impersonal, uncaring and referred me back to the attorney that referred me to them. I made it clear to the interviewer from the beginning that i was a referral. Is that gaslighting? I don't even think they were paying attention to me, Completely unprofessional.
