We have used Janssen for years. Our lawn looks better than ever. Kyle offers discounts for prepaying for plans. He communicates updates with flyers and texts so we are always aware of any changes or treatments

I had a very negative experience with Janssen and the owner, Kyle. After a disagreement involving a neighbor’s comment, Kyle became confrontational when I chose to cancel the service. I explained that I didn’t feel the need to justify my decision, but he reacted aggressively and used inappropriate language. The situation escalated to the point where he challenged me in front of my home and family.
