I would not recommend this business. Poor customer service. There was mistakes made on a $14,000+ window order and on a $2500 sliding door that never got resolved. I will never do business with that company again and I recommend that you shop around.
Tried to be a customer but it appears my business wasn’t worth their time. I ordered 14 or 15 exterior doors over the past couple of months and had to constantly call to check on the progress and my salesman always made me feel like he had to try to figure out who I was. Terrible customer service with no communication. I’m pretty sure the Millwork shop is great but it doesn’t matter if your salesperson doesn’t follow through with orders. If you’re not one of their favorite builders you get put on the back burner.
