Back in the 80s I worked there for almost 3 years.The food was great and then there were new owners over the years and it was not the same if it worked why did they change it? I hope to stop by some time in the near future. And I am hoping they went back to what worked in the past!

First off the online ordering is one of the best and most user friendly ordering ever. I think their beef sandwich is better than Buona and just as good as Portillos but way more reasonably priced. They have double dogs which is awesome since my kids don't eat buns so i only throw away one bun per kid. Delicious fries and great selection of chicken sandwiches. Friendly service.

We wouldn't want to serve anything that we are not comfortable serving our own family! Also, Chicago's Best TV is coming to us April 26th to feature our beef and the famous banana shake! So yes, you were right about our beef! :-)
I go to jansons for the tacos and hot dogs and it's my favorite place to go for that, but today I was disappointed. Taco was not good ,dripping with water and hot dog didn't taste like a jansons hot dog. My first bad experience. Hope it was just a hiccup
My first time at Janson's was not good at all. I ordered the Maxwell Street Polish and it was not cooked. The inside was still pink and mushy. Now I know polishes have SOME pink when it's cooked but not bright pink. The cashier was nice and gave me refund. This was my first and last time going to Janson's Drive In

So check this out I was in Janson's Drive In you know the one on 99th and western . So this Chinese lady was yelling and screaming at one of the workers a black girl crazy right so I am saying to myself yeah I gotta get out of here cause there's no telling what she do to the rest of the staff. I am mean who the hell would wanna eat or work at a place where you have people yelling at each other in front of patrons. I mean like really. I won't be coming back here and I will tell all my friends not to either
