Jansen came to my home May 5 to provide an estimate to repair my deck. The project manager came out on June 16 and today (August 10) I get a call that they are not going to be "the best contractor" for the job. I would not recommend this company for any project big or small. Very unprofessional and promises unkept not to mention wasted so much time and energy. Horrible service.
I regret that I can only give five stars. My carport was heavily damaged during Hurricane Helene. I hired a contractor out of N Carolina as all local people were too busy. He slapped together a quick repair so he could put on a new roof and charged me a fortune. We had a great experience with Janson on first time revocations and updates. From subfloor repair to LVP install, to custom bathroom vanities, paint, fixtures, and front door/shutters, we couldn’t be happier with end results. Excellent work, thoughtful and hard working crews, and daily communication made this reno much less painful and disruptive than I had thought. Highly recommend and will be calling back for future projects.
I would highly recommend Janson to anyone!! They did our roof in January of this year and far exceeded our expectations! From great customer service, excellent communication with weather delays, to the final product we are extremely pleased!! They were eager to answer any questions we had along the way and were reasonably priced!
