Robert from Jansen did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He was thorough, efficient, and took the time to explain what he was checking and any observations he made along the way. Everything was handled professionally and we felt confident in the work. Highly recommend Jansen and especially Robert.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jansen Heating & Cooling. They came to my downtown Cincinnati building, inspected the property, took photos, and provided a quote that I accepted. I even expanded the project to include replacing a second HVAC system and increased my financing based on their recommendation. Then, just two days before the scheduled installation, they canceled the job, saying the roof was unsafe. Jansen just installed two heating units in our home. We had been Jansen customers in the past and have recently returned to them. We were very impressed with DJ, our sales advisor, as he provided options for us and helped us make the best selection. I was even more impressed that he did not point us towards the most expensive option! Installation was scheduled quickly. Very knowledgeable HVAC expert turned sales rep. Install team did a great job and left me with a very clean install on both the HVAC system and the tankless hot water heater. They made great suggestions during the install, so I now have better access to the furnace. Also, the tankless system was moved down the wall to make room for my freestanding shelving.
