I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to for the team at Jan’s Flower Shop! They went above and beyond to deliver a stunning bouquet for my friend. Big, bright, and exactly how I wanted it. I was a bit nervous ordering over the phone from Perth, but everyone I spoke to was so lovely and helpful. There was a small mix-up with the delivery date, but they called me first thing Monday morning to sort it out, and everything was fixed in time for the flowers to be delivered on her birthday. Called into Jan’s flowers only an hour ago. Good old fashion service, served with a smile. Can’t recommend them enough. Wishing the new owners all the best in their new venture
I was a little disappointed with my flowers today. I got flowers from Jan’s about 2months ago and they were spectacular. The flowers today were old a little withered and very expensive for what I got .
