Extremely disappointing experience. I came in with severe dental pain and was seen only by the assistant, who took X-rays. The dentist never examined me physically—instead, he called me into the hallway, looked at the images briefly, and said the case was “too difficult” to start. His only suggestion was to extract several teeth, but he made it clear he didn’t want to proceed and told me to contact another office. I felt dismissed and neglected.
