Janney Roofing was fantastic. They gave me weekly status calls before the permit was pulled. They completed the roof repairs in two days. A few days after they finished, the gutters were installed. They also arranged to have my patio roof and pool deck screens replaced. I’m very pleased with all of the work that was done.

11 hours ago NEW We had our 19 year old roof replaced last week. We were originally scheduled to have our roof done this week, but an opening came up in the schedule and they were able to complete the job sooner. Janney Roofing was extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. When they found water damage, they let us know what the additional charges would be before it was repaired. Janney Roofing replaced our roof last month and we are very happy with the results. They beat other companies that we spoke to both in price and transparency... While the process was a bit tedious (as to be expected), the communication was excellent and the overall finished product is great!
This was the best roofing experience you could ask for in a company. Their whole staff was responsive fair priced friendly very on top of everything and very kind. I would highly recommend them. I had Denny as a project manager communicating with me the whole time with updates and Annette in their office who was also communicative and very quick to follow up with any additional questions or billing questions I had. Wonderful company! They do it right!
