The sales professional, Michael J Kinney, and the dealership made every effort to get me the best incentives possible when I decided to lease my 2016 Ford Fusion Energi. They went over ALL pros and cons for purchasing versus leasing. I was treated with respect and not pressured to go one way or the other. The facts were there and the decision was mine. I highly recommend Jannell Ford of Hanover for your automobile purchasing/leasing needs.

In April I bought a brand new 2013 Focus. As I hit 5,000 miles I had already needed a transmission. I was not a happy camper. I took the car back to Jannell and brought it to the service department. I dealt mostly with Andrew and he was so amazing and took time and effort in helping me. While my car was being fixed he was always keeping in touch with me to keep me up to date with the on goings. This was the first car that I had bought, and I was pretty unsure heading into the process. Andrew was very friendly, and was helpful in getting my vehicle fixed on a timely basis. He was even willing to stay later in order to allow me to pickup the vehicle today as opposed to tomorrow. The price was fair considering the extend of the damage, and he told me about the 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty on the repair.

went to Jannell Ford today because my daughter had lost my key to my car.Andrew was at the service desk and he was awesome.He explained to me how much it was going to cost and approx: how long it would take to do it. He could not have been nicer or more informative than he was.He was almost spot on with how long it took.And the price was not bad at all. I was very happy with my vist there and will go there again if i ever need to.

Best Sales experience – Just wanted to give credit where it is due, usually you only hear from the unhappy customers. This was a very relaxed atmosphere from the moment i walked on the lot. I was greeted by Bill Pellagrini who was very knowledgeable and patient in the whole process. All and all the whole staff was a pleasure to deal with from the managers to the salespeople. Highly recommend you make a visit to Jannell Ford!

Unbeatable experience! – I recently went to Jannell Ford to inquire about an ad I saw online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman name Richard Bernard. Mr. Bernard was extremely helpful and answered every question I had ,he also had a great personality, he joked with my wife and I, and made us forget we were buying a car.
