Dr. Jannel Lee-Allen performed my colonoscopy and endoscopy earlier today. When I arrived at the Lansing Surgical Center I was nervous, because my previous physician retired and Dr. Lee-Allen was assigned to my care. When I was in the pre-surgical room, the physician came in with a big smile and spoke with me for about 5-10 minutes explaining the entire procedure, and answering my many questions with confidence and professionalism. I would like to say that Dr Lee-Allen goes above and beyond her call of duty! She called me personally to see how I was doing after my procedure! I was stunned because it's generally office staff that do follow ups. She is truly one of a kind and great at her job!
She performed an outpatient Endoscopy on me. She has an impecable bedside manor. Extremely informative. I trust her as a medical provider.
