Bogus appraisal. Thank the Lord, it didn’t cost me any money, but comps were terrible and way off other appraisals done around the same time.
We received multiple offers above asking price. We were shocked to learn the appraisal was $32,000 below buyers offer. Months of hard work and money we invested into improving this house was erased from this subjective appraisal. Disregarded other appropriate comps. Incompetent.
