I once gave this place five star review but now after a year of going there service has declined my last appointment I called ahead of time. They said they had availability. The owner started to braid my hair and part my hair, then she put some other lady on my head to braid While her kids played and cried at my feet, I sat for 6 1/2 hours. TERRIBLE BRAIDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This place was good and then they weren’t. I feel swindled! I had went in for a box braid appointment the owner started to part and start my braids then walked away and another lady continued to braid while her kids screamed and cried at my feet. On three separate occasions I tried expressed to the owner i didn’t like how the braids were done.
