Requested a showing with one of their properties; Carrie showed up 30 mins late. After the viewing she sent us an application, approved us, and upon informing her that we have a service animal, all of a sudden there were 4 more people interested in the property. We were told she would get back to us, never happened. She was extremely rude and intrusive after the viewing, horrible communication skills and takes forever to respond. Rude and unprofessional, said they would do certain repairs, never did any of them. Apartment I moved into had black mold on the floor, do not rent one of their properties under any circumstance.

My rental was a decent place, but any time I had to call for service the property manager Carrie was always rude and uncooperative.
The place was nice but it took forever to get someone to fix our garbage disposal. Also called to see about getting my security deposit back, was told I would get it when the last roommate moved out... he has since moved out and a lady by the name of Carrie (not sure on spelling) said “I don’t know who would’ve told you that, the security deposit is given to the last person that lived there” I hung up because she had a VERY rude tone and had no sympathy. Extremely unprofessional attitude
