These people are thieves and should be shut down. They said the roses I wanted were $55 - OK. Then after they wrapped them in cheap ribbon, they said it was $58 - fine. I just wanted to get out of there after they argued with me for five minutes trying to convince me that orange ribbon was red. Yes they're color blind. Then I see a charge on my card for $66. They are crooks, BEWARE!
The lady was racist to my mom, she didn’t let her inside because she wore a religious necklace smh.
I just got scammed out of $75 on Uber from this place for a "dozen roses." The pictures showed big, vibrant flowers wrapped in bold red and black paper, what I actually got was a sad, pathetic bundle of tiny roses that wouldn’t even be worth $25. This is highway robbery. Absolute rip-off. Do yourself a favor and never waste your money here.
I am more than livid with the flowers I purchased for my father's funeral on Nov. 22nd! They were sitting on his casket , mostly all, dead and wilted. $375. wasted on dead flowers. The basket of yellow and white flowers were also willting and dieing. What an embarassment! I will never, ever, purchase flowers from Janitzia again! Horrible!!!
This place don’t know how they even in business 18 dollars for these carnation and didn’t wrap nice or anything I was looking for an arrangement but the customer service was zero these flowers should be 1o tops never again
