First time Customer, not happy with service. The lady who checked me in was very nice, welcoming and got me right in. However, my pedicure was ok, but the bare minimum was done. However I am extremely not happy with my gel polish change. The color was lighter then I asked for and it was applied sloppy, uneven and had bubbles toward the tips. I will most likely NOT be coming back. It's unfortunate that I will have to wait until tomorrow to go somewhere else and have to pay over again to get my nails done right.

I asked for no filing or cutting so the funny shape is my doing. I like to cut my nail after. I like my nails. I like my nail tech Mia. It was my first time going and I felt welcome and everyone was polite and professional. Update 9242024 I've been here 8-10 times now for repairs. These gel nails powder drills are just not healthy. Kim kept saying she was taking off the shiny top coat so that I can soak my nails off. She lied.
