Worst health care provider I have ever dealt with! I have not been able to get my meds for two weeks! They refuse to return my calls. They scheduled my appointment for when the office is closed. Then they get mad at me for acting crazy. I am crazy because I can’t get my meds!
Worst office I’ve ever been to! Dr Ardis is terrible. Pretty sure she knows that by now. Rose at the front desk is amazing though.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! they called in my husband 25 milagrams of his bipolar meds when he is on 200 milagrams when we called to inquire what happened we were met with hostility from everyone on staff and was hung up on 4 times when all we did was ask them to fix their mistake! then we were told by the person that made this whole mistake im only human we were really busy that day sound like an excuse to me there is no reason for that kind of error and then to be treated so bad by every staff member on top of that is just... read more
Dr. Ardis is unreliable and unprofessional. She supported our daughter's substance abuse disorder by giving her combinations of meds that fed her addictions. Our daughter is now deceased and Dr. Ardis was one of the doctors in a string of doctors who failed her. I am disappointed to see she is still practicing. Go elsewhere.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Dr. Ardis is the worst. She is unreliable on prescription refills even if you follow her rules. I’m currently going on day 5 without my meds because we had a snow storm and Dr. Ardis couldn’t get herself up to her office to sign scripts. Despite the fact that roads were fine the last three days and her staff was there getting the scripts ready. Literally all she had to do was go up there and sign them but she couldn’t manage it. The staff were not helpful or even really nice at all. When I finally was able to see Dr Ardis, I literally spoke with her for 2 minutes. That’s it. She was grumpy, too. I think it might be time for her to retire.
I have been seeing Dr. Ardis for quite a few years now. I talk with Michael Talbert during my visits and am very happy with the help he provides me. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. The wait time is very short to see Michael so I have nothing negative to say. Keep up the good work.
I have been see Michael Talbert at Dr. Ardis office for roughly 5 years. Although I'm extremely satisfied with Michael, I cannot say that about the rest of the RUDE, unqualified and unhelpful staff. Throughout the years there have been NUMEROUS issues from prescription authorization to downright ERRONEOUS billing errors. In a few words, these people are CROOKS.
