Dr. Jensen is a bit dry in the personality, however she knows her stuff! I've been searching for answers on my symptoms for a couple of years and she figured it out! She diagnosed me with IC. She was sensitive to my emotions during the extensive procedures and gave me thorough answers. If you're looking for a bond with your Dr she may not be it. If you're looking for answers and relief, she's the one!
Don't see this woman. She is very rude, condescending, and not compassionate. I have IC and I tried to get her to help me with HR paperwork on muliple occasions because I was directed by my company to do so. She is extremely by the book and questioned my motives; I felt like I was in a court room rather than her patient. She doubted me, belittled me, and mocked me. This is the third time she has treated me so terribly and I left crying. See Yelp and Google for more info.
She is caring, careful, considerate, conservative. She actually listens to you and takes extra time to determine the best treatment for YOU and explains it very well. I am 92 and may not be as responsive as a younger person with a bladder issue. But she worked with me until we resolved the issues. Can't praise her highly enough.
I was referred to Dr. Jensen after a failed cystocele surgery. Her exam was extensive and she explained in great detail the procedure that was needed to correct my problem. The outcome and recovery compared to my first surgery was the difference between night and day...very positive!
She is a wonderful, caring doctor who explains everything you need to know about your condition. She took her time with me, and didn't rush. I had been to two other urologists, and it was such a relief to finally get the answers I needed.
