I have read many negative reviews about the staff and I just want to say, personally, they have all been very nice and courteous towards me and everyone else I have seen them interact with. I was referred to Dr. Chamberlin from my previous doctor who retired and so far she has been wonderful and very attentive. I hope my insurance stays the same so I can continue to see her.
I have never before experienced the high level of care that Dr. Chamberlin provides. She takes time to listen, question and explain things. I am grateful to have found Dr. Chamberlin through a friend's referral. I have also referred her to family and friends. She's the best and has a wonderful support staff!
Dr Chamberlin is easy to get an appointment with and your wait time in the waiting room is minimal. She is very easy to talk to and takes the time to find out what's wrong with you. She sits down to speak to you and looks you in the eye. Not all doctors do that or take the time to even sit down to speak to year. I highly recommend her.
