Underwhelming presentation of bouqet, average customer service and overpriced for what you get. Go to Harris Farms instead.
Flowers are lovely enough although not much variety. Staff an are a little lacking in customer service. Also when did flowers get so expensive? $50 for a small boutique of gerberas, and additional $10 for basic greenery and $25 for a vase around 15cms tall. The location is convenient though when needing to buy flowers in a hurry.
