It's really not a bad place to live. Only thing is, when you call the office, 9 times out of 10, they don't answer DURING business hours. I called them literally 5 times now and it rings and rings but no one picks up.
I used to live there on my child and I first night there someone was shot and killed loud music was played all day and night I hated staying there
Wouldn’t wish this property on an enemy. Maintenance takes forever and a day to come fix anything and when they do come, they destroy the area they were supposed to fix and leave it tore down and messy. Several times they’ve left remnants of tools or dirty paper towels and even holes in the walls where they worked at. I’ve made sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING! Be warned...Please do not move here. It’s surely headache after headache. If you can afford to...Look elsewhere !!!!
I part own and work in the Officers in the front of the properties and it's safe they have many camera's
