Janie is an exceptional realtor. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is kind, a great communicator, and she really listens to your needs and adjusts things to meet those. We, for example, needed to sell quickly, and she customized her approach to our sale to accomplish that goal (without underpricing the home). It was a sincere pleasure working with Janie on the sale of my home. Kind, compassionate, and professional are just three words to describe Janie as she walked me through the process, from signing with her to be my agent to signing closing documents.
