Dr. Kwak-Tran is so nice and cares about her patients
I can see why this physicians office has a 2 star rating. They office staff is so unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment set on ZocDoc for a telehealth visit because I do not have transportation (had been waiting over a month for this appointment) I get a call mid afternoon the day before my appointment to let me know that even though I was able to set the appointment teleheath online they could only see me in person. Almost impossible to get in contact with a staff member thru the phone. Leave a voicemail but they never return the call. Billing is atrocious - I received duplicate bills for the same visit. Provider uses two different screen names and claims are denied due to "out-of-network" when they are in fact listed as "in-network" Additionally, the WALLS ARE SO THIN - I can hear EVERYTHING going on in another patient's appointment
Don't have insurance and alway pay upfront before i see the doctor. They sent me fake bill 2 times. First time I had recipt in my car and they had to correct their mistake. Second time they sent me another scamming bill after 2 years. This isn't a doctor's office this place is scamming office. U go in and wait for 3 hours and see the doctor for 5 minutes and pay couple of hundreds and walk out and get another bill of $350..
I done been there before but it was last year sometime and the staff was very sweet
