The staff is awesome. I've been seeing Dr. Ho for 6 yrs. She is very efficient and thorough. Everyone there is nice to all patients. I recommend The Eye Institute for any eye problem you have.
Dr. Ho and her team are very professional and dedicated; they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They performed a very thorough and responsible examination of both eyes to rule out any risks and provide an accurate diagnosis. I appreciate her careful, detail-oriented approach. I highly recommend her for her human qualities, professionalism, knowledge, and experience.
Thorough exam was most appreciated! Wait times were a little long, but worth it. Jackie and Dr. Ho were very nice, patient, and took time to explain procedures and results.
