My appointment times are always honored, and the staff are friendly. Janie is excellent and takes the time to walk thru my concerns and customize solutions. I always get a complete prInted summary, as well as quick upload to their app. I recommend this office.
The office staff is not good. I went in for a 1pm appointment and someone came in for a 1:10. They took him before me. At 1:40 I went to the desk and asked about the delay. The woman looks at me and says “are you still here?”. Now mind you, I’ve been sitting directly across from the window while they gabbed about their personal lives for 40 minutes. Myself and family have received great care at this office. FNP-BC Fleming is very thorough and informative. She takes her time to go over results, make you understand the treatments, plus a get a good medical plan for you. Gives really good advice for your health concerns and follows up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait to long for my appointment. We are very happy there.
Absolutely horrible experience! I knew the minute she walked in the room she had an attitude and Absolutely zero compassion or bedside manner. She was downright rude, did not listen at all and ended up listing false information on my health record. Stay away! I went to her since my regular physician was booked solid. Never fall for this walk-in hack, I get 100% better treatment at the Urgent Care right in front of their office.
The receptionist Jessica is always extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very unpleasant to talk to, and I always DREAD calling because of her attitude. You shouldn’t be in customer service, Miss Jessica.
